Information about the position

Job description, responsibilities and duties

Being responsible for direct sales of defined product portfolio in eastern part of Slovakia & north-eastern part of Hungary
Introducing and selling all products to distributors and end users, maintaining and developing cooperation with them
Cooperation with Channel Supervisor regarding business conditions with distributors
Exploring, analyzing and leveraging new market opportunities
Finding and supporting end users where this improves market coverage
Keeping informed on a new 3M products and their applications to investigate and recommend at markets
Understanding sales goals and assisting in establishing business plan
Cooperation with the Sales & Marketing team on new projects and initiatives
Setting up priorities and tracking projects through CRM system
Maintaining updated records of all business activities, contacts and customer base
Partnering professionals within 3M matrix organization

Personality requirements and skills

Secondary School/University Education – technical, economical field is advantageous
3+ years of successful sales experience with a proven track record of sales growth is necessary
Very good communication & presentation skills
Excellent selling skills
Fluent knowledge of Slovak & Hungarian language is a must /native speaker/
Good knowledge of English language both spoken and written is a must (English speaking management)
Experienced at B2B sales, cooperation with the distributor network
Experienced at sales of premium products
Technical understanding
MS Office user
