Our opportunity

* We are looking for recruiting generalist responsible to manage a variety of tasks related to the identification and selection of employees in order to fill multiple and less technical areas and support the team with the recruitment process and activities.

 
Your role
 

* Manage the recruitment process from sourcing to interviewing through offer stage. Screens and qualifies candidates to present to the businesses.
* Mines the Internet for passive and active job seekers in less technical positions. Screens candidates for placement criteria and provides written summary of skills and abilities to hiring area.
* Identifies candidates for consistent/repetitive recruiting efforts.
* Provides recruiting services for specialized or specific technical area of job openings. Explains company structure and associate benefits to candidates.
* Generates leads by conducting research and/or utilizing a variety of resources and tools.
* Recruits for high volume/high turnover positions where the need for a continuous candidate pool exists.
* Builds and maintains recruiting networks with external and internal sources to create a diversified pipeline of talent.
* Establishes relationships with front line managers and provide them with services to support the achievement of customer service standards.
* Conducts external recruiting activity, including attendance at job fairs and alternative sources, to develop a candidate database.

Your Skills and Experience
 

Bachelors degree (or equivalent) or 2 or more years of experience in related field

Fluent in English

Functional/Technical Capabilities

* Customer Focus - Proficiency Level Intermediate
* Candidate Screening - Proficiency Level Intermediate
* Candidate Sourcing - Proficiency Level Intermediate
* HR Consulting - Proficiency Level Intermediate
* HR metrics use & development - Proficiency Level Basic
