Job description, responsibilities and duties
• Providing overall PTP support to suppliers via email or phone
• Reconcile Accounts Payable balances with vendors
• Aged items and Debit balance resolution
• Preparing ad hoc manual journal entries
• Providing payment confirmation
• Follow up on rejected payments
• Analyse of On-Hold invoices, identifying the root causes and finding possible solutions
• Reporting related to agendas in team responsibilities
• Provide suport and timely react to other departments and internal customers
• Ensure KPI are met

Requirements for the employee
Candidates with education suit the position
Secondary with school-leaving examination
Language skills
English - Upper intermediate (B2)
Personality requirements and skills
- University degree in business administration or adequate professional experience focusing on Finance/ Accounting
- Min 2 years in the Accounting department of an industrial company or in an accounting firm
- Strong Accounting background and accuracy
- MS-Office, ERPs - preffered QAD, MFGPro, SAP is advantage
- Fluent in English + for HD – Spanish, German, Italian, Hungary
- Willing to work on 2nd shift if required
