• Use tools: Outlook, Excel, PowerPoint/Visio & PPM, and project management tools (e.g. Clarity/MS Project/Project Server), workflow technologies (e.g. SharePoint design, InfoPath)
• Strong stakeholder management skills
• Analytical thinking, decision making, ability to organize, prioritize and track tasks

• Multitasking & Time Management
• Line management experience is desirable for PMO Manager role
• Knowledge of Financial Services and Capital Markets is preferable as well as front to back experience of Change Management
