Job description, responsibilities and duties
Description of Work:
• Provide technical support for host security services: troubleshoot and resolve incidents reported by customers, execute day-to-day customer security change requests, consult infrastructure management teams with the installation of security tools.
• Participate in strengthen security processes to improve host security service delivery (e.g. problem management)
• Participate in testing and implementing security solutions to meet customer security requirements
• Participate in host security services deal implementation and project work
• Act as a focal point for audit compliance activity
Skills / Expertise required:
• Experience in supporting Wintel and Unix environments
• Good technical background in TCP/UDP port assignments, IP netbios, able to troubleshoot network connections, operations skills
• ITIL Foundation and Incident and Change Management experience
• Ability to analyze scripts and experience in programming. Skills in perl, shell scripting (Bash), C is a plus
• Enthusiastic and good communication skills
• Fluent in English
