Job description, responsibilities and duties
For one of our French clients, company specialist of open-die, ring rolling and flanges products, we are looking for a dynamic a Business Developer who will be responsible to develop its commercial presence in the European market. Your tasks will include:
- Identify and qualify prospects according to the current company commercial strategy
- Develop and improve commercial arguments
- Establish 1st contact with potential clients, with objective to present the company and products
- Identify and propose a network of agents
- Participate in trade fairs and professional events
- Submit client’s needs to internal interlocutors responsible of pricing setting and contracts
- Ensure objectives are met, TO and number of clients and prospects
- Ensure the client’s commercial follow up (feedbacks, invoice)
- Identify possibilities of business expansion with the existing accounts
- To ensure Marketing and market watch.
- Identify possibilities to develop and improve our offer of products

- Fluent English (C1)
- Ability to communicate in French (B2)
- Minimum 5 years of experience as business developer in metallurgical industry
- In-depth knowledge of open die forgings, ring-rolling mill and the foundry market including its actors ( suppliers, manufacturers, clients, competitors)
- Knowledge of products and its technical standards
- Knowledge of internal existing channels and interlocutors
- Knowledge of the main practices of international business (logistics, exchange rates, bank guaranties, payment terms),
