The International Financial Management team play central role in guaranteeing the compliant and streamlined cash flow to our Reinsurance partners. Team' s primary objective is to proficiently account for transactions related to policies within International Program, ensuring precise adherence to regulatory standards and facilitating efficient risk transfers. Additionally, the team takes on the responsibility of generating comprehensive reports, conducting through analytics, and providing factual commentaries on International Programs. This includes the preparation of monthly aged debt reports, monitoring monthly premium flows, and consolidating accounts based on client programs.
About the Role
We are seeking a dynamic and experienced individual to join the team as a Team Leader for International Financial Management Complex Team. In this role, you will be responsible for overseeing and monitoring timely and efficient monthly cash flow and accounting for the complex programs. Within the role, you will be approving financial and technical tasks from the team, performing the reconciliation of premiums and claims. As well as conducting assessments of the team's s capacity for upcoming programs in the pipeline. And addressing various ad hoc tasks raised by the IP Community. Among others, you may be asked to lead the specific projects towards strengthening the core team processes. Ideally the candidate will have an excellent understanding of insurance technical accounting principles as well as solid understanding of International insurance programmes. The role will liaise with the Primary Lead team, Corporate Solutions Finance, and other functional areas as needed.

• Monitor and oversee daily cash flow and accounting tasks to maintain accuracy and compliance.
• Ensure timely and precise execution of financial transactions.
• Review and approve financial and technical tasks performed by the team.
• Provide guidance and support to team members to enhance performance.
• Assess the team's capacity to handle programs in the pipeline, ensuring adequate resources and skills are in place.
• Collaborate with partners to align team capabilities.
• Ad-hoc tasks such as project work, system enhancement, reports, and analyses.
• Prioritize tasks based on urgency and impact on business objectives.
• Participate in meetings and trainings for the purpose of conveying information required to perform job functions.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to streamline processes and improve efficiency.
• Establish and monitor key performance indicators to gauge the team's performance.
• Implement improvements based on performance analysis and feedback.
• Control over the risk assessment and actively support an announced audit.
