Job description, responsibilities and duties
The position holder is responsible for supporting our recruitment team of Swiss Re in the activities related mainly to pre-selection of candidates.
Key responsibilities:
•Close cooperation with Recruitment Specialists
•Close cooperation with other HR Colleagues
•Reviewing and pre-screening candidates, screening of English language and other skills
•Scheduling of interviews per requests from Hiring Managers and Recruiters
•Communicating with candidates throughout the selection process
•Communication with Hiring Managers about current status of hiring process
•Administrative support to recruiters
•Work with internal systems, track all changes in hiring process related to candidates and positions
•Support marketing activities (Job Fairs, ad hoc events)
•Interview attendance might be required from time to time
