- planning of particular production flow
- monitor and process customer’s requests following objective requirements
- planning of the optimal workload based on material and capacity
- cooperation with other planners and departments involved
- coordination of planned production activities with customer support
- administration of related planning documents, keeping the required records
- reporting in required forms to supply chain manager
