We are looking for Unix/Linux positive candidate. Work experience is not necessary.

Job description:

Providing service to our internal as well as external customers:
Answering incoming calls
Answering queries coming via live chat/email
Application support for variety of Network management tools (SMARTS, GTAC, Voyence, Vitalnet etc.) – proactive & user tickets
Troubleshooting on Linux servers.
Troubleshooting on Windows servers.

Requirements:

Basic experience in working with Unix/Linux Systems
Fluent English is a must
Good team worker
Ability to communicate effectively with external customers
Willingness to learn and develop skills
