Your responsibilities

Monitoring of devices and hosted services.
Accept customer phone calls.
Creation and classification of tickets for customers.
Coordination and dispatching of field technicians in English language.
Communication with Incident Management & Request Fulfillment teams.
Coordination of solutions with Incident Management & Field Service teams.
Spare parts management.
Possible shift work.

Your profile

Experience with HW and SW troubleshooting.
User knowledge of SAP/Salesforce is an advantage.
Fluent English in conversation.
Analytic thinking.
Technical support orientation.
Responsible and pro-active attitude.
