Information about the position
Job description, responsibilities and duties
- Liaison between the Site and the Contract Department reporting to the Contract Manager about execution of working activities focusing on those events/situations that may give entitlement to claims/variation orders
- Reporting to Contract Manager/Deputy Contract Manager progress achieved by Subcontractors and eventual breach of their obligations
- Dealing on Site with Subcontractors about subcontracts issues and management, in cooperation with the QSO, of the Work in Progress and Interim Payment Certificate
- Coordination with various departments for collection and elaboration of information required for preparation of claims
- Assisting, if and when required, to the preparation of claims and variation orders
