Management of Lending products - structuring of transactions, credit packages and facility agreements and clients negotiations
Cooperation with the Relationship Manager in clients servicing fo assigned lending clientele
Responsibility for accurate, efficient and timely maintenance/execution of credit files including compliance with internal policies and procedures
