Job description, responsibilities and duties

Drive the tool implementation of the Software Development Life Cycle (SDLC) processes within JIRA, Confluence and other Atlassian tools.

Coordinate the business analysis activities (tool/process demand) across business analysis, development, testing and release areas.

Coordinate SDLC tool solution design activities.
Evaluate SDLC process enhancements and the associated tool implementation requirements.
Define guidelines for SDLC tool use and contribute to SDLC related policy definitions.
Collaborate with infrastructure teams to define interfaces to existing tools and systems
Serve as innovator in SDLC area by supporting the Enterprise Data Warehouse programme and context projects in all SDLC tool activities.
Rollout standard SDLC processes/tool
- Analyzing and solving production problems
- Proactively suggesting and implementing improvements
- Quality checks (eg code reviews) of in house developed applications
- Strive for reusable components that are scalable and easily maintained
- Use and mandate best practices in software development
- Deployment of updated and new in house built applications
- Preparing and updating system upgrades and configurations

Personality requirements and skills

• University education (Master's degree) - technical, IT
• Language skills: English language - advanced
- At least 2-3 years of experience in implementing of IT SDLC tools / processes.
Excellent knowledge of standard SDLC process methodologies, including waterfall and agile.

Expert knowledge in innovative SDLC tool implementation in a large company with 10,000+ users.

Strong negotiation skills with ability to find successful resolutions to complex issues.

Willingness to take initiative with a strong sense of accountability and excellent communication skills.

Thorough working knowledge of IT standards (ITILv3, COBIT) and Project
Management standards (PMP).

Knowledge of the financial industry and data warehousing beneficial.
