- design, develop, configure and implement portal applications
- perform complex and analytical assignments
- create, modify and maintain portal business applications
- analysing and designing existing portal systems and programs
- developing or recommending new portal systems or their modifications
- estimating essential effort to implement changes in systems and programms
- performing system analysis of programs and processes and interfacing with end users to determine system requirements to improve efficiency, accountability and workflow
- other duties includes assisting with portal application architectural design, technology research and developing prototypes for proof of concept

 Relevant experience in Java, J2EE, XML, HTML, SQL, JSP
Developing in BEA/Weblogic enviroment, Liferay portal.
J2EE (Portlets, JMS, Springs,..)
DDBB Knowledge (SQL, preferable: PL/SQL, Oracle)
Unix/Linux general developing knowledge (processes, cron use..)

Telco business knowledge: Communications (Swift MQ), experience with portal solutions
