Job description, responsibilities and duties

  • To manage, flow of information between our customers and the different departments of the organisation
  • To provide excellent customer service, delivered with empathy and efficiency
  • Dedicated to meeting the expectations and requirements of our customers, by responding to incoming contact through telephone, mail and e-mail within agreed timeframe.
  • Use time effectively and efficiently to process all incoming orders and queries.
  • Handle customer complaints, invoices, orders, queries and other queries by using rigorous
  • Keeping documatations of customers queries/offers/orders
  • Keeping updated data in the system
  • To research required information using available resources
  • preparation of periodical reports, surveys and reports
  • Provide support for Sales Team
  • Identifying priority issues
  • Demonstrate a professional attitude at all times

Requirements for the employee

Candidates with education suit the position

Secondary with school-leaving examination
Follow-up/Higher Professional Education
University education (Bachelor's degree)
