Job description, responsibilities and duties
As an Lease specialist you will be responsible for
- coordinates the preparation of lease contracts and verifies their completeness in order to sign a contract
- prepares , supervises and administer the documents relating to the lease in order to ensure continuity of the agreement
- monitors the costs associated with the lease contract
- prepares analyses and reports
- supports Property Manager and Lease Manager

Personality requirements and skills
- Education – Higher degree in economy, real estate, finance (secondary issue)
- Experiences – Property Management, Finance, Retail Properties, Legal work (any of this would be good) – definitely we are looking for somebody experience in retail as this person will take over all lease contracts control (legal) and costs control (finance).
- PC knowledge – MS Office especially excel
- Language knowledge – English is a must and local Czech or Slovak
