Job description, responsibilities and duties

Purpose of the role:

- to monitor the OCB-EU Quality Management System and all its supporting tools
- to identify areas for improvement
- to assist in the development and implementation thereof
- to ensure that processes needed for the quality management system are established, implemented and maintained and are efficient
- to ensure the promotion of awareness of customer requirements throughout the organization and reporting to top management on the performance of the quality management system and any opportunities needed for improvement, including major deviations, risks and liabilities.

Practice lenght

- 1 to 5 years practical business experience in the field of quality management or sales with a higher professional education preferably in quality assurance.
- Experience with the systems, tools and concepts of quality management.
- Proven track record of performed compliance audits or quality/ technical background.

- Knowledge of ISO: 9001 and TS16949.
- Continually grow knowledge base by attending educational workshops; reviewing professional publications; maintaining and growing professional contact networks;
- Good knowledge of MS Office applications (Word, Excel, Access Power Point).
- Proficient in English (any other European language is a pre).
- Ability to work in a multicultural environment.
- Good negotiation and influencing skills with a customer-oriented attitude. Focus on teamwork and integrity.
- Solid organizational skills, analytical ability to work with processes, numbers and statistics. Strong analytical skills with the ability to diagnose and solve problems. Experience in applying statistics to business process.
