Job description, responsibilities and duties

- Supervise, coordinate and execute HR related processes in: Staffing, Compensation & Benefits and Organisation development and other people related projects in line with local and global SOPs
- To be advisor to employees and to managers in HR related processes, topics and areas
- Closely cooperate with XDC HR service centrum as well as with Divisions
- Supports and ensures recruitment and selection process with manager requests, undertakes administrative duties connected with recruitment and personal administration & termination process.
- Supervise personnel processes, including position changes, promotions, and headcount changes
- Take part on preparation and updates of HR guidelines and HR related Policies & Procedures & SOPs to ensure that new hires are aware of relevant HR programs and processes and use them when appropriate
- Maintain HR related systems as 3rd party administrator and management of HR related systems or databases
- Support and execute activities in area of trainings and development for defined country personnel

Personality requirements and skills

- University / Secondary school with 3 years experience
- University degree in related field or Secondary school of Business Administration
- Slovak & English – fluent written and spoken
- Experience in role of HR Generalist min. 3 years and 2 years HR systems expertise
- Strong customer orientation, orientation on results, clear thinking, communication skills
- Flexibility and ability to work independently
