Data and Integration Support Engineer

You will become part of Integration and Master Data Management section in GSS IT, the internal IT organisation responsible for delivering a wide range of IT capabilities and capacities to business and corporate units, and to end users worldwide. The main focus of the section is to manage, develop, operate, support and maintain global integration and master data management solutions. These services are key capabilities in the common global business execution platform.
We are now expanding our master data and integration monitoring and support capabilities.

The position is located in Gdynia, but will be in close cooperation with the team in Norway. 

Responsibilities:
Monitor and operate master data management solutions based on Informatica MDM
Monitor and operate ETL/data batch integrations running on Informatica PowerCenter and application integrations running on Microsoft BizTalk Server
Daily support related to customer master data in MDM, and towards the subscribing systems (eco system)
Execute merge and unmerge of customer master data
Take part in improving how we execute the work related to MDM operations; merge, unmerge, match another data cleanse routines
Take part in testing when new subscribing systems are added to the eco system or new data hubs are being implemented

Requirements:
Bachelor or Master’s degree in computer science, software development or other relevant fields
Experience with IT support services
Experience with data analysis
Experience with system and data integrations
Knowledge about Informatica MDM, Informatica PowerCenter and/or Microsoft Biztalk
Good understanding of the technical aspects of, as well as interest in, the supported business processes
Very good English
