Job description, responsibilities and duties

* Maintaining service delivery levels and updating the governance structure and participation of individuals at all levels of the governance pyramid in the service delivery and improvement
* Ensure that reporting delivered by the MBSC is actionable and relevant to the business and root causes are being addressed by the action plan
* Responsible for conducting formal and ad hoc customer surveys, ensuring that improvement opportunities are directed to the appropriate team, helping to shape the pipeline of process improvements and support implementation as escalation and validation point.
* Play a significant role in demand mapping, helping to identify opportunities to further leverage the capabilities of the shared services organization.  
* Lead analysis of the resourcing required for projects and other ad hoc work beyond the day to day operations and validate project benefit calculation.
* Facilitate team set up and reporting for major BPM and CI driven projects
* Contribute to the training need identification of the service delivery team
* Face of the processes in scope to the internal and external audit teams
* Support for crisis response management

Personality requirements and skills

* University Degree in Business Administration / Accounting
* Good understanding of US GAAP and SOX requirements and legal/ local regulations for accounts
* Basic knowledge and experience in LEAN and Six Sigma methodology
* Outstanding Interpersonal and communication skills (oral and written)
* Proactive and resourceful in solving problems
* Experience working in accounting services at least 2 years
* English
