Project Assistant in Procurement (part-time, 6-month fixed term contract)

The Project Assistant role is a great opportunity for all of those who are early in their career path and now are looking to pace their way in a corporate business environment. The role gives an extraordinary privilege of being involved in the engaging and powerful Mondelez procurement transformation project.

During this assignment you will be given a chance to support Procurement Operation Manager and the Project Lead and you will be working on a daily basis with multiple stakeholders based across Europe.

The main objective of this role is to help ensure that all project teams operate smoothly and efficiently as well as to assist and support Procurement Operation Manager and Project Lead on admin tasks, meetings, and arranging travel/bookings.

In this role you will be coordinating and supporting organization of cross-regional training sessions, mange meeting agenda, prepare presentations and attend meetings when required. Project Assistant is also the point of contact for various enquires from project teams or training facilitators. In addition to that, you will be accounting for payments and cash reconciliation.

  • is task-oriented and wants to work in a dynamic and fast-paced work environment;
  • communicates fluently in English.
