Job description, responsibilities and duties
The EMEA Region ‘Centre of Excellence’ (CoE) is now established to support BTI Business Partners, Country IT Heads, Project and Delivery teams by providing expert support, advice on good practice and assistance in achieving excellence in execution. The CoE follows a ‘factory’ model, providing support especially for countries without in-country capacity (e.g. within Application Management)
• Digital solution development (mobile, cloud platform (e.g. Force), digital experience (e.g. Adobe)
• On demand response to dev capacity/skill gaps in running projects.
• Advisory on good practice, solution re-use
• Support compliance documentation factory
• Managing development of application in various programming environments
• Executing project deliverables of various software development
• Seeking out potential externs, students for future cooperation
• Managing part time employees, students if project demands necessary workforce

• Contributes to the continual improvement and development of the BT and business connection by delivering easy, agile and tailored made solutions.

• University degree required, preferably in IT field of relevance to position
• Previus experience in IT application development welcome but not mandatory.
• Experience in field of IT mandatory
• English language competency and fluency in local language
• Advanced scientific knowledge, relationship building and networking skills
• Strong analytical skills and ability to think strategically
• Ability to build ongoing and productive relationships throughout the organization to achieve business goals
• Excellent organizational and time management skills
• Highly developed interpersonal and teamwork skills
