Sales Representative Medical Devices - Patient Monitoring and Recovery - Bratislava, Slovakia

This is a great opportunity for the experienced Sales Representatives to join Medtronic Slovakia team.

We are looking for a target driven, independent and customer focused Sales Representative, who will be responsible for developing the sales strategies of our Patient Monitoring and Respiratory Solutions product group for our valued Customers in Bratislava and surrounding region.

The Sales Representative will build strong ethical business relationships with customers at all levels to ensure usage of our products and gain greater market share by focusing on procedural selling.


Main Responsibilities:

• Present and sell the full range of MITG Patient Monitoring and Recovery products to current and potential clients
• Maintain a thorough knowledge of products, product developments, customer profile and market
• Make professional sales calls on key personnel in targeted hospitals
• Maintain excellent working relationships with all decision makers relevant to product groups in hospitals in territory
• Follow reporting systems as laid down by the company. Monitor and report relevant competitive product or customer information

Skills & Qualifications

• Strong track record in sales of medical devices
• Solid knowledge of hospitals environment, tender process
• Ability to build and maintain excellent relationships with Key Opinion Leaders, Medical staff, etc.
• Strong communication, presentation and negotiation skills, self-motivation skills and customer-focused attitude
• English language skills to business standard
• A willingness to travel throughout the territory
• A degree-level education in a medical field is highly preferred
