BOEING 737 – 700 CORPORATE FLIGHT ATTENDANT – HR/FLTOPS/CAB002
Job Specification:
The flight attendant will be responsible for ensuring a five-star level service experience for the aircraft passengers as well as maintaining the safety responsibilities of the position. Minimal experience two years on international routes, experience in the highest standard of customer and meal-service, VIP experience welcomed, perfect English, base central Europe, pleasant appearance , outgoing personality, independence, flexibility and sense of responsibility
Desired Qualifications and Attributes:
- Minimum of 2 years of recent flight attendant experience, ideally on international flights - VIP/Corporate experience welcomed - Fluent English - Ability to speak Russian would be advantageous - Flight Safety or equivalent training program welcomed - Proficient with aircraft emergency equipment and knowledge of emergency procedures - Knowledgeable with safe food handling procedures - First Aid training welcomed to respond to in-flight medical situations - Knowledgeable of EASA and customs regulations preferred - Culinary/fine dining experience preferred - Ability to assist with purchasing aircraft stock prior to trips - Ability to work effectively as part of a crew - Flexibility to work a varied work schedule requiring weekend and holiday work days - Ability to travel as needed for international flights - Pleasant appearance, outgoing personality, independence, flexibility and sense of responsibility.
Requirements:
- Responsible for the welfare and safety of passengers on board the aircraft - Provide first class customer service - Advance planning for trip preparation - Responsible for the purchase and stocking of cabin supplies and catering from bakeries, markets and restaurants


- Cabin dining preparation ensuring proper food handling guidelines are adhered to and fine dining presentation - Thorough cleaning and laundering of all cabin linens and serving ware - Coordination with other crew members and operator's personnel to review trip details - Represent the operator in a professional manner at all times while performing duties of the position and dealing with support personnel. - Knowledgeable of operator's abnormal and emergency procedures - Conducts emergency/service brief prior to each leg and ensures that the cabin is secure prior to taxi - Performs pre-flight and post-flights of aircraft emergency, cabin and galley equipment - Confirms the passenger manifest is correct - Communication with the customer - Responsible for ensuring the company’s goals for safety, security and quality are met by continual compliance with the company Safety Management System program and reporting through the appropriate process any safety, security or quality recommendations or non- compliance observations - Ability to operate all of the entertainment systems and equipment on board the aircraft as well as perform basic troubleshooting. Ability to work in a vibrant on-demand flight department - Ability to react and handle change if necessary - Complete assigned administrative duties in a timely fashion, (expense reporting etc.)
