Job description, responsibilities and duties

* Implementation of business plan, objectives and strategies
* Development of an accountable corporate culture
* Development strong and effective relationships with key businesses in the local and international markets
* Development of new contacts
* Planning, organizing and overseeing a range of services and events for partners
* Identifying and delivering initiatives that will increase the number of local businesses
* Establishing strong processes and procedures in the company
* Analyzing of industry trends, analyses on business opportunities
* Managing existing databases and tools
* Operational budget planning
* Reporting activities on a regular basis

Candidates with education suit the position

University education (Bachelor's degree)
University education (Master's degree)
Postgraduate (Doctorate)

Language skills

English - Advanced (C1) and Slovak - Intermediate (B1)

Microsoft Word - Advanced

Driving licence

B

Personality requirements and skills

* University degree and professional business qualifications
* Leadership experience in a management position
* Strong communication and presentation skills
* English is a must (fluent verbal and written communication – C1/C2)
* Min. basic or intermediate level of Slovak language
* Complex and dynamic personality
* Drive to take on new challenges
* Willingness to travel within Europe
