Information about the position

Job description, responsibilities and duties

- To lead process advancements and to seek and implement new and best practice technologies
- Actively work to achieve jointly agreed targets that are aligned to departmental and company strategic goals
- Lead / Support specification of new tooling, plant and equipment
- Lead process standardisation to ensure right first time tool and process implementation
- Procure tooling to manufacture stable & repeatable components
- Implement poka yoke to eliminate concerns before they arise
- Support and Lead A3 Process Improvement activities
- Lead manufacturing strategy reviews
- Generating and updating process flow charts
- Lead team in creation of PFMEA’s
- Production tool run off
- Support lean engineers in creation of Line layouts

Requirements for the employee

Candidates with education suit the position

Secondary with school-leaving examination
Follow-up/Higher Professional Education
University education (Bachelor's degree)
University education (Master's degree)
Postgraduate (Doctorate)

Language skills

English - Upper intermediate (B2)

Personality requirements and skills

-At least 3 years of experience as Process Engineer
- Willingness to spend 1 year in Birmingham than be a key member of Engineering team and come back to new green field plant in Nitra
- Fluent in English language
- Team orientated person
- Experience with welding, assembly processes
