* Minimum 2 years of leadership experience
* Experience in process management
* Experience in work with international customers is advantage
* Fluent English
* Fluent German is advantage
* MS Office – advanced user skills
* ERP system (SAP/Oracle) – advanced user skills
* Business and customer oriented person
* Strong negotiation skills
