Job description, responsibilities and duties
Are you an IT professional, skilled with the administration of ERP systems in a factory plant? Or a fresh graduate, with experience with IT administration during your study?
We are looking for you!
Your main responsibilities will be:
• Design, implement, and maintain the company’s IT infrastructure.
• Ensure that the company’s systems are secure, reliable, and efficient.
• Monitor and maintain the company’s network and server infrastructure.
• Manage and maintain the company’s backup and disaster recovery systems.
• Develop and maintain technical documentation.
• Participate in the development of IT policies and procedures.
• Stay up-to-date with emerging trends and technologies in IT.
• Co-ordination with external 3rd party service providers
• Lab equipment & desktop support for local users/devices.
• Sourcing and ordering of new/replacement hardware & software

• The ability to work on business priorities and use problem resolution.
• Knowledge of General networking, server & storage technologies, Virtualisation technologies (VMWare, Hyper-V), Device management (Phones, tablets, meeting room displays), and IT Security policies.
• Knowledge of Windows 10/11 desktop administration, Backup & Disaster Recovery, Automation tools (Ansible, Terraform) and Monitoring technology (SNMP, Netflow, Splunk, Nagios) would be desirable but not essential.
• Experience with Microsoft Windows network environment (DNS, DHCP, DFS, Group Policy management, Printing, etc), Microsoft Office 365/Intune administration and Active Directory administration.
Previous skills with HELIOS ERP or another ERP system is a big advantage
