Senior Specialist HR

Position Requirements

Experience Requirements:
At least 5 years’ experience in HR, HR specialist or HRBP experience preferred
Project management experience

Skill Requirements:
Excellent communication skills in both English and Chinese
Strong ownership, earn trust of others, action oriented, deliver result and dive deep
Experience with rapid and complex changing work environment
Excellent interpersonal skills and passion for HR process improvement
Analyzing
Breaking problem down and find root cause to find new way or existing solution to fix
Performing Goal orientation and detail attention

Education:
Economics or management related major
Bachelor above

University education (Bachelor's degree)

English - Upper intermediate (B2) and Chinese - Upper intermediate (B2)

Position Description
Operation Responsibilities:
Define and plan HR annual priorities to support business
Contribute to business strategy by helping business leaders to identify, prioritize and build organizational capabilities, behaviors, structures, and processes
Provide HR solutions and assist in leading the delivery effort for organization development and talent development.
Implement HR programs by collaborating with function HR teams
Build communication mechanism to provide feedback, coaching and information to management as well as contribute to employee engagement
