Global Account Order Entry Specialist

who are we looking for

• Strong sense of urgency to meet critical customer deadlines
• Ability to create strong and trustful relationship with customers
• Previous customer support experience is a plus
• Previous order entry experience is a plus
• Analytical skills
• Exceptional organization skills: documentation and attention to detail
• Excellent English written and oral communication skills

Required education

University education (Master's degree)

Language skills

English - Advanced (C1)

what will you do

The purpose of the role is to provide operational support on orders for our big global customer. This position will work closely with the customer, project management, supply chain and sales teams.

Main responsibilities:
• Order tracking
• Order verification
• Uploading orders into the internal tool
• Uploading invoices into customer’s procurement tool
• Helping to solve customer’s issues
• Reporting
• Assisting Global Project Manager
