Information about the position

Job description, responsibilities and duties

- Actuarial support of audits of insurance companies, pension funds and other institutions with long-term liabilities
- Valuation of liabilities and financial options/guarantees embedded in insurance and investment contracts
- Valuation of assets / liabilities under Solvency II regime
- Participation in teams providing actuarial advisory within the CEE region
- Development of tools in Excel (including VBA)

Candidates with education suit the position

University education (Master's degree)
Postgraduate (Doctorate)

Educational Specialization

University degree in financial mathematics and/or statistics and/or actuarial sciences

Language skills

English - Upper intermediate (B2)

Other knowledge

Microsoft Excel - Expert
Microsoft Outlook - Advanced
Microsoft PowerPoint - Advanced
Microsoft Word - Advanced

Driving licence

A, B

Personality requirements and skills

- University degree in financial mathematics and/or statistics and/or actuarial sciences
- 3-5 years of actuarial experience (life, non life, both)
- Knowledge of Solvency II and/or IFRS 4 Insurance contracts
- Advanced user of MS office tools including Excel and Word
- Knowledge of modeling tools (Sophas, Prophet, MoSes) an advantage
- Advanced in English language
- Personal commitment to ensuring the quality of work
- Good commucation skills, ability lo lead junior staff
- Good analytical and planning skills, time management, problem solving
