• Administration of computer networks in an international environment
• Installation, run and optimization/planning of network systems in the area LAN, WAN, firewalls and dial-in
• Installation, run and optimization/planning of network services like authentication and monitoring systems, e-mail, DNS, antivirus and antispam

Requirements for the employee

Candidates with education suit the position

University education (Bachelor's degree)
University education (Master's degree)
Postgraduate (Doctorate)

Educational Specialization

Degree in computer sciences or a similar technical study. Alternatively at least five years of professional training in the area of computer networks

Language skills

English - Intermediate (B1) and German - Beginner (A1)

Personality requirements and skills

• Solid knowledge of network administration in the areas LAN/WAN and IT security
• Experience with unix operating systems
• At least 3 years' professional experience are needed
• Participation on up to 12 maintenance windows (in most cases some hours on Saturdays) per year
• Good knowledge in English – written and oral
• Basic knowledge in German – ability to read simple texts desired
• Team spirit, customer and service orientation
• Ability to work independently and in a structured manner
• Total working hours per week: 40 hours
• Willingness to start at 7 o’clock or work until 19 o‘ clock about once a week
