Technical Project Manager

• Facilitates the definition of project scope, goals and deliverables.
• Defines project tasks and resource requirements.
• Coordinates the configuration and delivery of new product releases for major customer (public customer in Germany).
• Coordinates IT service management process (incident management, change management, problem management).
• Coordinates testing activities for customer specific releases or patches.
• Reviews and clarifies customer tickets in ticket management system and assigns them to responsible department.
• Provides direction and support to project team.
• Cooperates with Avitech On-site project manager and subject matter expert in Germany.
• Represents the Bratislava office towards On-site project manager. • Supports the project manager by coordinating technical tasks among the product development and configuration team.
• Quality assurance.
• Constantly monitors and reports project progress.
• Controls project changes and interventions to achieve project outputs.
