Join IBM as Application Operations Manager for the Global Business Services unit.
Position is located in Kosice.

Process - IT Services and Management: Practitioners specializing in IT Services and Management consulting apply knowledge of IT services, processes and management consulting techniques to help clients increase value and reduce risks in designing, delivering and managing IT systems solutions and services. They integrate process, technology, people and organizational capabilities to enable client's business strategy and goals, and ensure that IT solutions and services meet the business requirements for functionality, quality, cost, control, security, resilience, performance, and governance.

The candidate will be acting on client side to govern the life cycle of applications and control the external operations team as out-tasking. The tasks includes managing the following IT operations with responsibility for:

* Incident Management
* Problem Management
* Change Management
* Release Management
* Infrastructure/Availability Management
* Configuration Management

Personal requirements:
* Excellent communication skills
* Project management skills (knowledge of ITIL processes)
* IT knowledge
* Fluent German language is mandatory
* Assertiveness, pro-activity, leadership, problem solving
