The IBM CIO - Chief information Office which deals with all the internal applications and websites used by IBMers worldwide is now looking for Front End Developer who understands modern frontend web technologies, have working knowledge of them and be a key person to bring front end presentation of CIO Identity services org into powerful, representative stage.
As our Front End Developer you will become a member of a dynamic and agile AccessHUB development team.

About AccessHUB
AccessHUB is a unique project at IBM whose goal is to bring "who has what" data (accesses) into a single location. AccessHUB is a single entry point to see and action on all employee accesses and IDs. AccessHUB will be on a cloud platform and will use automation to extract data from datasources of which many of them will be legacy and in the enterprise. AccessHUB will be an enterprise wide system and will be leveraged by all IBMers.


Required Technical and Professional Expertise

• Ability to produce semantic, well thought out markup
• Experience writing modular JavaScript utilizing open source libraries (jQuery, Dojo, etc)
• Knowledge of JavaScript UI frameworks
• A deep understanding of HTML5 and CSS3
• Experience with at least one javascript task runner
• Understanding of responsive design/development
• Solid communication skills - fluent English
• Self starter/independent
• Experience with Agile development methodology
• Experience with continuous delivery, including Test Driven Development a plus


Preferred Technical and Professional Experience

• Minimum of 3-5 years of experience developing clean, valid, and compatible websites and applications.
• Proficiency with the modern web UI development languages, frameworks, and best practices such as Javascript, HTML, CSS, AJAX, and responsive design
• Extensive use of APIs and a strong understanding of HTTP and REST architecture
