SVI Administrator with German

Job description

The SVI Administrator (SVI=Software Value Incentive) supports Business Partners across EMEA region (Europe, Middle East&Africa).
In this role you will coordinate and manage SVI opportunities, Business Partner communication, receive and make calls to Business Partners, clarify issues, educate Business Partners in the related area (GPP tool). The SVI Admin carries responsibility for the quality of validated requests, timely submission of the requests to further status, registration and termination of Business Partners and Users in GPP tool (GPP=Global Partner Portal). SVI Administrator is responsible for navigating Business Partner through the tool, cooperating with other IBM colleagues, being able to work under pressure and according to deadlines. The person shall be able as well to extract and analyze basic reports.
