Marketing & Sales Representative

About the Role

IBL Software Engineering is currently seeking an experienced person in sales and marketing role with excellent communication skills in English. This role is for sales which does not require too much travelling. Our clients are based all around the world. If you have previously worked in sales and marketing, can keep up with our busy schedule and you enjoy working in dynamic team, than we are looking for you.

Marketing Responsibilities:

• Assisting CMO with marketing tasks and event delivery where required
• Authoring various texts for web, social media, print
• Managing social media platforms / communicates on social media (Facebook, Twitter, Linkedin)
• Active managing of the company website
• Assisting in designing marketing collateral, working with the marketing (advertising) agency when required
• Managing leaflets & supporting other departments with preparation of company presentations
• Maintaining corporate identity
• Advertises existing & newly developed features and products
• Publishes targeted advertisements


Sales Responsibilities

• Developing and maintaining client relationships – existing and potential
• Writing sales proposals
• Upselling and managing existing customers
• Assisting with sales tasks, tenders
• Coordinates resolution of customer sales related requests in cooperation with other company departments
• Maintains internal sales related records - documenting opportunities and related communication, customers and agents, archiving sales documents
• Reports on sales activities
• Maintains professional and technical knowledge
• Evaluates and follows up leads from conferences and exhibitions

The successful candidate will have:

• Degree in Marketing; Marketing communication or similar is an advantage
• Possess at least 1-2 years of experience as marketing manager or 3-4 years of experience as marketing assistant/executive in sales and/or marketing role.
• Additional language (e.g. German) is a plus
• Skills in graphical/DTP software are a plus
• Strong organizational and administrative skills
• Negotiation & communication skills
• Customer oriented person
• Good business sense as well as common sense

Day to day work - Your working day would look as follows:
• updates on web page & social media posts
• preparing and executing marketing strategies for our products/features
• communication with customers mostly by email; processing emails
• preparing price offers in excel and communication with various departments to make sure we are able to deliver offered system
• To organize kick-off meeting, so you hand over the project to project manager
