Job description, responsibilities and duties

Honeywell is currently searching in Honeywell Industrial Safety Division for Supply Planning Manager, who will lead his own team and optimize the inventories of finished products and goods.

Daily duties:
*creating stocking and replenishment strategies (Push vs Pull) to support maximum service with minimum inventories to meet the agreed plan,
*responsible for 3rd Party buy to sell operations, managing the cycle time projects,
*leading the site supply reviews with the finished goods – inventory, delivery and quality,
*training, coaching and mentoring support the team of buyers (3-5 people),
*creating and sharing the best practices between sites,
*helping implementing NPI process.

Requirements for the employee

Candidates with education suit the position

University education (Bachelor's degree)

Personality requirements and skills

*Min. bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Logistics or Economics.
*Lean and/or Six Sigma certification preferred.
*Min. 3 years of previous experience in leadership in similar Supply Chain, Logistics or Procurement Role with direct team.
*Very good knowledge of supply chain processes.
*Fluent English.
*SAP or Other ERP System knowledge.
*Statistical Mathematical Analytical Skills.
*Excellent verbal & written communication skills.
*Good knowledge of financial principles.
*Positive Can Do Attitude with ability to positively motivate others.
*Ability to work in a multicultural environment.
*Influencing and Negotiating Skills.
*Ability to make decisions based on limited information.
*Excellent planning & organizing skills with experience of determining priorities, coordinating multiple.
