EBS Internship - Master data

Internship on our Master data department is the best possibility to influence quality of our performance in it’s very basics. With correct data in a systems we can excel in our service to customers. Master data team is responsible for correct data of vendors, customers and materials. You will work with experts in Excel and SAP system and you will have a chance to understand interconnections between our departments.

After 4 months of your internship, you will be able to:

- prepare documentation and calculation for customer’s rebates
- understand to written customer’s contracts and implement them into system
- work with SAP reports and prepare statistics and analysis of orders and deliveries in Excel for other departments
- track process and prepare process documentation (standard operating procedures)
- create knowledge management database, collect documentation and - set up tracking system of documentation update
- work with google apps and Excel on an advanced level
- customize and optimize work tools and systems used every day by employees
- understand SAP environment and perform standard operations
- understand the business environment of multinational company and connections among various departments
