EBS Internship - Accounts Receivable

Internship on our Invoicing department is focusing on Accouts Receivable area. You will work with Account Receivables team lead for Switzerland, Germany and Italy, therefore active German language is more than welcome:) You will have a chance to find out more about invoicing on international level and you will be in touch with accounting department and master data department.

After 3 months of your internship, you will be able to:

- perform cash control and correct the data, based on cash journal
- work with documentation and know where to find relevant info
- check AVISO and separate it
- check cheque and separate it
- separate SDD issued
- look for missing customer data in a SAP system

You are an ideal candidate for this position if you:

- are fluent in English
- have passion for accounting
- study finance or economics
- Excel is not a scary word for you:)
- can speak German as well
- want to get familiar with SAP
- like to know and understand and if you don't understand you ask
- prefer nice work atmosphere and friendly colleagues
- are willing to do a great job for our customers from Switzerland, Germany and Italy
- are always able to find a solution
- consider work as responsibility but at the same time you enjoy it
