Your role

Responsibility for service delivery in line with Service Level Agreement
Implementation of internal control system and execution of quality checks
Driving continuous improvement projects in terms of efficiency and compliance enhancement
Adaptation of team´s work allocation and ensuring continuity of operations
Evaluation and development of team members, leading feedback and target dialog
Contribution to the building of team spirit and gaining visibility of success stories

Your skills

University degree in the field of Economics or Accounting
Advanced level of English language is a MUST
At least 3 years of accounting experience
1-2 years of leadership experience
Organizational skills and ability to multi-task and meet deadlines
Effective, problem solving and detail-oriented person with Process and analytical thinking
Experience in a multinational company and environment is an advantage.
