Your role

Work for a German company with subsidiaries and production plants worldwide and daily interaction with the international Henkel Companies
Responsibility for providing complete and correct data in SAP system in order to ensure the fastest introduction to the market
Dealing with a complex and structured set of processes
Monitoring different process steps and interfacing with other departments, located both in the local countries and in the Shared Service Center
Calculation of dimensions, weights and loading of shipping boxes and pallet layers, entering data evaluated by you into SAP system
Trainings given in the onboarding phase to gain knowledge about SAP program

Your skills

University Degree (Bachelor or Master)
Fluent level of written and spoken English language
Knowledge of MS Excel and MS Word
Self-motivated, detail-oriented, well-organized and responsible person with the ability to work independently and also as a team member
Good communication skills
Previous experience with SAP environment is an advantage
Experience in packaging and palletising (e.g. from summer / part time jobs) is welcome
