Vaša úloha

Driving the Active Sourcing recruitment strategies to attract top professionals, talents and passive job seekers
Collaborating with HR Specialists on hard-to-fill roles through active sourcing
Cooperating with Employer Branding on current recruitment marketing techniques
Guiding the hiring managers on active sourcing processes
Promoting career opportunities on social media networks to increase engagement and enhance the employer brand of Henkel worldwide
Partnering with LinkedIn representatives to support Corporate Employer Branding & HR teams within different regions
Improving candidate experience through optimized communication

Vaše zručnosti

Mnimum 1year recruiting experience including sourcing via professional media
Functional knowledge of full life cycle of recruitment process
Experience in building and driving talent sourcing initiatives
Team player with excellent communication and presentation skills
Proactive approach to work load management and ability to work independently
Fluent proficiency in English is a must, any other European language is an advantage
Time and self-management skills
