Your role

Support order processing activities (raising and tracking orders, order confirmation)
Communicate externally and internally with countries in case of errors, missing data or problems
Resolving queries in regard to value-deviations of invoices or credit notes
Perform system quality checks
Administer vendor master data
Sticking to standard guidelines
Support global Purchasing Organization in initiatives related to increase of efficiency

Your skills

Knowledge of English language on active level and Italian or Spanish is a MUST
Previous administration experience gained in either a purchasing, customer service, finance or a systems environment is advantage
Excellent PC skills ( MS office )
Knowledge of SAP is an advantage
Communication and interpersonal skills
Accuracy and attention to details
