Supplier quality engineer

We are looking for a quality auditor / supplier quality engineer for international company.

Responsibilities:
- strategic management of suppliers and their development in the area of quality
- responsible for the preparation and implementation of relevant procedures in the procurement area
- responsible for developing existing suppliers according to TS standard
- maintain, update and expansion of the Supplier monitoring system
- coordinate supplier complaints, ensure completion, corrective actions and financial follow-up
- responsible for the development and improvement of supplier deviations
- supplier evaluation in cooperation with central and strategic purchasing

- 3+ years of experience within Quality or Supplier Quality
- knowledge of ISO 9001 and TS 16949 standards
- external auditor according to ISO standard, TS 16949 and VDA 6.3.
- experience with manufacturing operations in key areas (material and product knowledge)
- good quality awareness
- independent
- analytical personality
- communicative and proactive skills to deal with suppliers in the area of quality
- able to handle conflicts/defensiveness
- continuously looking for improvements
