Technical project manager with english or german

Job requires:
- Extensive knowledge of Project management: PMI
(preferred)
- Negotiates effectively with immediate and crossfunctional team members to define the team's goals, work content, and schedules
- Organizational skills, Moderates and leads meetings
- Scheduling and supervising of projects
- Allocation of work among involved parties
- Teamwork and communication skills
- Writing of project documentation
- Clearly communicates team results to project team
- Recognizes and articulates complex problems related to
the project
- The ability to interact on the phone with the customers
and their peers during the project implementation and
problem determination processes

The candidate should meet the following minimum criteria:
- Advanced knowledge of English or German language
- Experience with leading medium and large projects min. 3 years
- Experience in project management methodology
- Managing and controlling of ICT projects, Resource and budget management
- Risk and Quality management, Documentation management, Reporting
- Knowledge of ICT (services, infrasctructure, enterprise sw)
- Technical awareness of local and wide area networks, LANs, Data Centres (big advantage)
- Security/Firewalls, and Voice CPE (big advantage)
- Good communication, negotiation and presentation skills, possitive and professional attitude
- Flexible
- Analytical mind
