Web Specialist

Creating and editing subpages in WordPress (approximately 70% of working time)
- You will get an assignment (regarding the planned event we are organizing)
- Even before the meeting, you will help your marketing manager prepare an online efficiency analysis of similar past events (what brought us conversions, what generated the best traffic, …)
- You will attend the meeting (with the event producer, marketing manager and copywriter) either in person or online via Skype
- Based on the information given, you will design the structure of the event subpage and help your marketing manager with the communication strategy for this event
- After receiving the final content from the copywriter, you will finalize the website

Responsibility for setting up the customer journey flow, from their first online contact to their registration for the event (from the beginning, approx. 25% of working time; later on you will focus more on analyzing, testing, reporting and improving)
- You will ensure that customers coming to our website from social media posts, emails, and PPC campaigns will get to relevant content;
- Copywriters will be responsible for content creation. You will be responsible for:
- - Relevant placement of the content
- - Correct links
- - Checking whether the content is in line with SEO rules

Analyzing, testing, reporting and improving (from the beginning, approx. 5% of working time)
- You will suggest a hypothesis, determine sample size, time for running the test, applying and evaluating
- After analyzing data outputs, you will suggest web optimization for better results
