Your main responsibilities:
- Maintain and manage the HR Information System (HRIS), ensure global alignment across all ESET offices.
- Assist in business process design or modification, create custom reports within Core HR and Recruiting modules.
- Gather and analyze business requirements and translate them into functional specifications.
- Propose HRIS configuration changes, evaluate interdependencies and potential risks and participate on implementation of approved changes.
- Collaborate with IT department on integration of HRIS with existing systems.
- Manage change requests and provide specialized support to internal clients in all ESET offices worldwide.
