Sales Engineer (Integrations Specialist)
Responsibilities:
- Provide support and assistance during business development activities based on our APIs/SDK
- Provide/deliver training for our products.
- Provide product demonstrations both in person and via Webex to potential clients.
- Provide technical training to our sales staff as necessary.
- Respond to High profile customer requests for technical assistance.
- Keep accurate Outlook calendar for scheduling of time by sales staff.
- Keep accurate notes in CRM for all related activities.
- Attend all sales meetings and trainings as required.
- Provide pre- sales technical support to customers and partners.
- Consult with external customers to interpret customer requirements while providing product application assistance.
- Participate in trade shows, seminars, and other industry events.
- Provide feedback to product development regarding product changes as it relates to customer requirements.
- Champion our product line through product presentations and technical demonstrations
